Measurement Guide: Pick where you would like the ring to sit on your upper chest, above the nipple line on your pec, measure over your shoulder to the same point on your back for the "Top Strap", and then repeat under your arm for the "Bottom Strap". Then measure from the ring,under your arm and around your body to the same place on your back for your last measurement. (Asking a friend is very helpful!)
